Will Rogers reprises (this is a remake of a 1919 silent) one of his best characters the work shy, rural wisdom spouting hobo, Jubilo. Unfortunately Rogers is about the only good thing in it, okay there's Louise Beavers on form in one her regular Mammy roles as well. But the plot is a mess with character motivations all over the place.
