Finally tried Coppins for brunch and they did not disappoint! First off, the restaurant sits inside of hotel Covington which is absolutely beautiful! There are not enough words to describe how gorgeous the space is. We made reservations and were seated right away. There were 6 of us and we tried a plethora of things.
