Eier, Zucker und Speisestärke under die Masse mischen. Die recht flüssige Masse auf den gekühlten Mürbeteigboden gießen. Den Pumpkin Pie im vorgeheizten Ofen ca. 60 Min. backen.

Estiré la masa a un mayor grosor (unos 3 mm) y corté las formas de hojas con un cortador. Las llevé a la nevera por 10 minutos y luego las horneé por 15 minutos sobre una bandeja con papel de horno.
