Silk Hall is a 250-seat concert hall. Its unique pentagonal shape makes it suitable for concerts, recitals, lectures and training courses. In addition to the professional PA system, Silk Hall is home to three beautiful Steinway pianos.

J Social is well positioned between games fields, academic departments, Silk Hall and the Theatre. As one of the youngest Socials at Radley, the purpose-built boarding house is perfectly situated to cater to the diverse interests of boys.
Radley was founded in 1847 by William Sewell (1804–79) and Robert Corbet Singleton (1810–81). The first pupil was Samuel Reynolds, who in 1897 wrote his reminiscences of school life. The school was originally housed in Radley Hall, now known as "Mansion". Radley Hall was built in the 1720s for the Stonehouse family.

20 de sept. de 2021 · The cast of the 2022 Radley College Music give a concert performance of songs from the show with professional band in the Silk Hall, before rehearsals start in the Theatre in the Autumn.
Live music returns at Radley and our first concerts of the year are this week! With live performances in Silk Hall, Music in Mansion and the return of our lunchtime 15@1:15 concerts, it is truly wonderful to have music at the heart of Radley once again.
