El Queen’s College, fundado en 1341, es uno de los colleges que constituyen la Universidad de Oxford en Inglaterra. El Queen’s se encuentra situado en la parte central de High Street, y es famoso por su arquitectura del siglo XVIII.
The Queen's College is a constituent college of the University of Oxford, England. [2] The college was founded in 1341 by Robert de Eglesfield in honour of Philippa of Hainault, queen of England. [3] It is distinguished by its predominantly neoclassical architecture, primarily dating from the 18th century.
About the college. The Queen’s College is a close-knit, friendly college located on the High Street in central Oxford. We are able to offer accommodation to undergraduates for all years of their degree, and we boast one of the most beautiful and well-stocked libraries among Oxford colleges.
Prospective applicants are always welcome to have a look around the College on a self-guided tour. Just ask the porters when you arrive! There are plenty of ways you can visit Queen’s, whether that be on an Open Day, on one of our Outreach Programmes, or on a visit with your school.
