Boris Vyacheslavich [a] (died 1078) was Prince of Chernigov for eight days in 1077. He was the son of Vyacheslav Yaroslavich, Prince of Smolensk. Following his father's death in 1057, the child Boris was debarred from his inheritance.

He was born probably in Kiev, where he lived until adulthood. During his life as a young father, Vyacheslav was married to Audet, daughter of Count Leopold Shtadenskiy.

The youngest children of Yaroslav were Igor Yaroslavich (1036–1060) of Volhynia and Vyacheslav Yaroslavich (1036–1057) of the Principality of Smolensk. 11 de ago. de 2022 · Like his brother Vyacheslav, Igor died at an early age – in 1060, according to the Tale of Bygone Years. At the time of his death, he was about 24 years old. He, like Vyacheslav, left young sons: Davyd and Vsevolod. His children became outcast princes and, by decision of the elder Yaroslavichs, did not receive their father’s inheritance.
