Il segreto di Susanna (English: Susanna's Secret, German: Susannens Geheimnis) is an intermezzo in one act by Ermanno Wolf-Ferrari to an Italian libretto by Enrico Golisciani. The opera premiered in 1909 and is the most frequently performed of all of Wolf-Ferrari's works.

Susanna's Secret is slightly different - it is described as an intermezzo, lasts a mere forty minutes, and is consciouly modelled on the style of comic intermezzo produced by composers of the baroque period such as Pergolesi's Serva Padrona, with two singing characters and the mimed role of a comic servant.
