Henry Clinton, 2nd Earl of Lincoln, KB (1539 – 29 September 1616) was an English peer, styled Baron Clinton from 1572 to 1585. When Clinton succeeded as 2nd Earl of Lincoln, he contested the will, claiming that his stepmother had exerted undue influence and had refused him access to his dying father, but the prerogative court of Canterbury confirmed it by sentence.
