Edward Cromwell, 3rd Baron Cromwell (c. 1559 – 27 April 1607) was an English peer. He was the son of Henry Cromwell, 2nd Baron Cromwell by his wife Mary, daughter of John Paulet, 2nd Marquess of Winchester and his first wife Elizabeth Willoughby.

Baron Cromwell is a title that has been created several times in the Peerage of England. The first creation, which was by writ, was for John de Cromwell in 1308. On his death, the barony became extinct. The second creation came in 1375 when Ralph de Cromwell was summoned by writ to Parliament as Lord Cromwell.

Cromwell, Edward (1560?–1607), 3rd Baron Cromwell , soldier, was son of Henry Cromwell, 2nd Baron Cromwell, and his wife Mary (née Paulet), daughter of the marquis of Winchester. He spent some time at Jesus College, Cambridge, but was not created MA till 1593.
Edward Cromwell was the son of Henry Cromwell and Mary Paulet. Lord Edward Cromwell, 3rd Baron Cromwell (1559-1607), firstly married, Elizabeth, daughter of William Upton, of Puslinch, Devon, c.1580 and had an only daughter, ELIZABETH CROMWELL m. Shelton.
