is a Mexican drag reality competiton show transmitted on YouTube and produced by La Gran Diabla Producciones. Based on the format of RuPaul's Drag Race but adapted to Mexican pop culture, the show aims to find La Más Draga of Mexico, Latin America and the rest of the Hispanosphere.

places a significant emphasis on showcasing and celebrating Mexican culture through drag, with each episode centering around a different aspect of Mexico's rich folklore. It was officially announced on May 1, 2018 and premiered one week later on May 8. There have been six seasons to date and a variety of companion programs and spin-off competitions being implemented as the seasons went on.

Initially only featuring drag performers from Mexico City, the show expanded its scope to include contestants from all over Mexico. Starting with its fifth season, the show further broadened its reach to welcome participants from all around the world, provided they could speak Spanish. To date, there have been 68 contestants on the show, or 70 different drag performers, as the show has featured two drag duos.

In terms of diversity within its casts, La Más Draga has gained recognition for its inclusion of a wide range of drag performers, casting kings, hyper queens, trans women and drag duos, a concept previously unheard of in aired drag competitions, since its second season.

    Mini Challenges

Mini Challenges were introduced during the second season of the show, for the most part taking place before the main challenge and being focused on testing the contestants' creativity and ability to improvise. The winners of these mini challenges are usually rewarded with a small advantage for the main challenge, like extra points in the episode's final ranking or, in rare cases, immmunity for the episode. Starting with the sixth season of the show, some mini challenges now also name a loser, who is then placed up for elimination regardless of their performance in the main challenge.

    Main Challenges & Runway

Most of the main challenges of the show consist of Runway Challenges, although recent seasons have implemented Design Challenges, Makeovers, Impersonation Challenges and more. Due to the nature of the challenges, most episodes combine the main challenge with the runway, albeit there's a few exceptions where they are treated separately, as is the case with the Musical Challenges. Starting from the second season, the judges score and rank each contestant based on their performance in the main challenge and their look on the runway. The contestant(s) with the highest score is then declared the winner of the challenge, while the contestants (usually two) with the lowest scores are up for elimination and have to face a lip sync battle to save themselves.

    Lip Sync

A Reto de Doblaje, also called a Chou de Doblaje or Show de Doblaje, is the most common style of lip sync used on the show. At the end of each episode, the two (or sometimes more) contestants who performed the worst in that week's challenge are placed up for elimination, indicating that they must lip sync to stay in the competition. Following the lip sync, the judges vote for the contestant they want to save, with the contestant that receives the most votes being declared the winner of the lip sync and getting to stay in the competition. In the case of particularly good lip syncs, both contestants may be saved by the judges, and in the case of particularly poor lip syncs, both contestants may be eliminated.

In addition to a host, each season of La Más Draga has featured three other regular judges and various coaches. Additionally, each episode has a guest judge who only appears in that episode. It has become a tradition for the show to change hosts every season.
