Fort Campbell is a United States Army installation located astride the Kentucky–Tennessee border between Hopkinsville, Kentucky and Clarksville, Tennessee (post address is located in Kentucky). Fort Campbell is home to the 101st Airborne Division and the 160th Special Operations Aviation Regiment .

Fort Campbell is home of the 101st Airborne Screaming Eagles – The Army’s only Air Assault Division. Fort Campbell is located within portions of four counties: Montgomery County and Stewart County in Tennessee and Christian County and Trigg County in Kentucky. The largest adjacent city is Clarksville, Tennessee.
