With Phil Silvers, Herbie Faye, Jim Shane, Stafford Repp. Harry Grafton is a supervisor at Osborne Industries which produces ever changing items. Harry schemes to do as little as possible while still receiving maximum benefits. His efforts usually end in disaster.
