William Norris "Billy" Powell, (Corpus Christi, Texas; 3 de junio de 1952-Orange Park, Florida; 28 de enero de 2009) fue un músico estadounidense, teclista del grupo Lynyrd Skynyrd desde 1970 hasta su muerte en 2009.
Billy Powell was an American musician and the keyboardist of southern rock band Lynyrd Skynyrd from 1972 until his death in 2009. He also played with Christian rock band Vision and 38 Special, and was the only member of the classic lineup who was active in the band at the time of his death.
