Roger Meddows Taylor (King's Lynn, Norfolk, Inglaterra; 26 de julio de 1949), más conocido como Roger Taylor, es un músico, compositor, multiinstrumentista y productor cinematográfico [2] británico. En algunas canciones como solista actuó como guitarrista y vocalista.

Roger Meddows Taylor OBE (born 26 July 1949) is an English musician, songwriter and record producer. He achieved international fame as the drummer and backing vocalist for the rock band Queen.
Roger Taylor es famoso por ser el baterista de Queen y además por tener una gran habilidad cantar. Escribió canciones famosas como "Radio Ga-Ga" y "A Kind of Magic". En 1977 se embarcó en un proyecto como solista. Su primer sencillo fue "I Wanna Testify", el cual fracasó.
Roger Taylor’s contribution to Queen was far more than just the drummer. He wrote massive hit singles; ‘Radio Ga Ga,’ ‘A Kind Of Magic,’ ‘Breakthru’, ‘Invisible Man’, ‘Heaven for Everyone’ and ‘These Are Days of Our Lives.’
Although best known for his powerhouse role in Queen, Roger Taylor is anything but a drummer confined to his kit. With rock n’roll in his veins all through his schooldays, he has always been a highly active, vocal member of Queen.
