Princess Alexandra Therese Marie of Anhalt (4 April 1868 - 26 August 1958) was a Princess of Anhalt and member of the House of Ascania by birth. As the wife of Sizzo, Prince of Schwarzburg, she was a Princess of Schwarzburg by marriage.

Alexandra was the daughter of Duke Leopold Friedrich I of Anhalt-Dessau and Princess Antoinette of Saxe-Altenburg. In 1897 she married Furst Gunther Sizzo von Schwarzburg-Rudolstadt and the couple had three children.
Princess Marie Auguste of Anhalt (10 June 1898 – 22 May 1983) was the daughter of Eduard, Duke of Anhalt, and his wife, Princess Louise Charlotte of Saxe-Altenburg. [citation needed] She married and divorced a son of Kaiser Wilhelm II, then married and divorced a baron.
