The Brat. 1919 Directed by Herbert Blaché. In the charity homes, in the chorus, and in the dark haunts of the city’s slums- people called her “THE BRAT” She never knew any other name. An unkempt chorus girl is arrested on a minor charge.
"The Brat" is a backing singer on a Broadway show who is quite rough around the edges. She is fired, but is rescued by Mac Millan Forrester, a writer looking for material for his next book. He takes her home, much to the horror of his mother and friend Angela.
