Gerald Anthony Scarfe CBE RDI (born 1 June 1936) is an English cartoonist and illustrator. He has worked as editorial cartoonist for The Sunday Times and illustrator for The New Yorker.
He was political cartoonist for the Sunday Times for 50 years, and for The New Yorker magazine for 15 years. Other work includes collaborations with Pink Floyd, including for their 1979 Album The Wall and as production designer for the 1982 film adaptation.

He is best known for his work with Pink Floyd, particularly on their 1979 album 'The Wall', its 1982 film adaption, Pink Floyd: The Wall (1982) (1982), and tour (1980-81), as well as the music video for "Welcome to the Machine".
