29 de abr. de 2022 · Sir Edward Montagu (c. 1485 – 10 February 1557) was an English lawyer and judge. Life. He was born in Broughton, the son of Thomas Montagu of Hemington, Northamptonshire and Agnes Dudley, daughter of William Dudley of Clopton, Northamptonshire and Christiana Darrel.
Montagu’s career in the Commons ended with the adjournment. On 29 June he was created Baron Montagu of Boughton, and when the autumn sitting commenced he was summoned to the Lords.
