Soo Yong, (Chinese: 楊秀, originally Young Hee (楊喜); October 31, 1903 – October 29, 1984) was a Chinese-American actress. She acted in 23 Hollywood films and numerous television shows, mostly in supporting roles.
Soo Yong was born on 31 October 1903 in Wailuku, Maui, Hawaii, USA. She was an actress, known for The Good Earth (1937), Sayonara (1957) and China Seas (1935). She was married to C.K. Huang. She died on 29 October 1984 in Honolulu, Hawaii, USA.

Although the movie depicts most Chinese in stereotypical coolie roles, Soo Yong convincingly plays a high-brow Chinese aristocrat who out-classes Gable’s ex-girlfriend played by Jean Harlow. This small 1935 role would lead to Yong playing two parts in the 1937 hit The Good Earth.
