Giulio Panicali (February 17, 1899 – June 13, 1987) was an Italian actor and voice actor. [1] Biography. Panicali was born in Turin to Oscar Panicali, a Bersaglieri colonel, and Lidia Gazzeri. He started his acting career on screen in 1934, appearing in nine films in total within 21 years. [2] .
