Richard Duane Warren (San José, California; 28 de enero de 1954) es un teólogo, predicador, misionero, erudito bíblico, pastor bautista y escritor estadounidense conocido por ser el fundador de la Iglesia Saddleback localizada en Lake Forest siendo esta una de las ocho congregaciones más grandes de los Estados Unidos en la actualidad.
But Richard came on the Mayflower alone, deciding to wait until conditions in the New World were satisfactory before bringing over his family. Governor William Bradford recalled of that time, "Mr. Richard Warren, but his wife and children were lefte behind, and came afterwards." The Mayflower departed Plymouth, England on 6/16 September 1620.
Among them was Richard Warren, who boarded the ship alone on 16 September, 1620 and went on to play an important role in establishing Plymouth Colony. Warren was married with five children at that time, but left his family behind in England to wait until the Pilgrims had settled in America.

Passenger Profile. R ichard Warren traveled alone on the Mayflower, choosing to leave his wife and five daughters behind. He survived the general sickness of the first winter of 1620/21 in Plymouth, however he died eight years later.
