Andre Bienvenue Roman (5 March 1795-26 January 1866) was the Whig Governor of Louisiana from 31 January 1831 to 4 February 1835 (succeeding Jacques Dupre and preceding Edward Douglass White Sr.) and from 4 February 1839 to 30 January 1843 (succeeding White and preceding Alexandre Mouton).
