James William Fulbright (9 de abril de 1905 - 9 de febrero de 1995) fue un renombrado senador de los Estados Unidos, representante de Arkansas. As of 2023, Fulbright is the longest serving chairman in the history of the United States Senate Committee on Foreign Relations.
