Peregrine Andrew Morny Cavendish, 12th Duke of Devonshire, KCVO, CBE, DL (also known as "Stoker"; born 27 April 1944), is an English peer. He is the only surviving son of Andrew Cavendish, 11th Duke of Devonshire , and his wife, the former Deborah Mitford .
Peregrine Cavendish is the 12th Duke of Devonshire. To ensure the long term preservation of Chatsworth House, he and the Duchess instigated a £32.7 million restoration project called, The Masterplan.

He is the only surviving son of Andrew Cavendish, 11th Duke of Devonshire, and his wife, the former Deborah Mitford. He succeeded to the dukedom following the death of his father on 3 May 2004.
The 12th Duke of Devonshire, Peregrine Cavendish, succeeded his father in 2004. Known as 'Stoker', he married Amanda Heywood-Lonsdale (b.1944) in 1967 and they have three children, William, Earl of Burlington (b.1969), Lady Celina (b.1971), and Lady Jasmine (b.1973), and ten grandchildren.
As of 2022, the titles are held by their second and only surviving son, Peregrine Cavendish, 12th Duke of Devonshire, who succeeded in 2004. The ninth and tenth dukes both served as Chancellor of the University of Leeds .
