Pierre-Antoine Berryer (4 January 1790 – 29 November 1868) was a French advocate and parliamentary orator. He was the twelfth member elected to occupy Seat Four of the Académie française in 1852.

Pierre-Antoine Berryer was a French lawyer and politician, defender of the freedom of the press during the reigns of King Louis-Philippe and Napoleon III. Called to the bar in 1811, Berryer wrote articles supporting monarchy and the papal powers of Roman Catholicism.
