  6. Lieutenant-Colonel Hugh Richard Scarlett, 7th Baron Abinger DSO (1878–1943) was a British peer. Scarlett was the son of Lieutenant-Colonel Leopold James Yorke Campbell Scarlett. He was a Lieutenant-Colonel in the Royal Artillery, and he fought in the Boer War in South Africa from 1900-1902.
