Henry de Percy, 1st Baron Percy of Alnwick (25 March 1273 – October 1314) was a medieval English magnate. He fought under King Edward I of England in Wales and Scotland and was granted extensive estates in Scotland, which were later retaken by the Scots under King Robert I of Scotland .

Percy, Henry, 1st Baron Percy (1273–1314). Percy's father Sir Henry, who died seven months before his son was born, fought for Henry III at Lewes and married the daughter of John de Warenne, earl of Surrey, by the king's half-sister.
The title Baron Percy has been created several times in the Peerage of England. The first, soon after 1066, a feudal barony rather than a barony by writ, which continued in parallel with the later baronies by writ, until the abolition of feudal tenure by the Tenures Abolition Act 1660. The second, created by writ in 1299, became extinct in 1517.
Henry Percy, 1st Earl of Northumberland, 4th Baron Percy KG (1341–1408) (forfeit 1405) married, secondly, (d.1389), daughter of Thomas de Lucy, 2nd Lord Lucy and settled her large inheritance upon her second husband Hugh Percy, and his heirs male, on condition that they should always bear the arms of Lucy quartered with those of Percy.
Henry Percy, 1st Earl of Northumberland, 4th Baron Percy, titular King of Mann, KG, Lord Marshal (10 November 1341 – 20 February 1408) was the son of Henry de Percy, 3rd Baron Percy, and a descendant of Henry III of England.
