Albertas Goštautas (Latin: Albertus Gastold, Polish: Olbracht (Wojciech) Gasztołd, Belarusian/Ukrainian: Альберт Гаштольд) (c. 1480 – 1539) was a Lithuanian noble of the Goštautai family from the ethnically Lithuanian lands of the Grand Duchy of Lithuania.
Albertas Goštautas (arba Albrechtas Goštautas, 1480 – 1539 m. gruodžio mėn.) – Lietuvos didikas iš Goštautų giminės, Lietuvos Didžiosios Kunigaikštystės valstybės ir karinis veikėjas, Vilniaus vaivada, Lietuvos didysis kancleris ir Pirmojo Lietuvos Statuto autorius.
Albertas Goštautas (1462–1539), best known member of the family. He was voivod of Vilnius Voivodeship and chancellor of the Grand Duchy of Lithuania. He was one of the initiators and financiers of Lithuanian Statutes. Stanislovas Goštautas (1507(?) – 1542) was the last representative of the main family branch
1530 Lenkijos Seimui Žygimantą Augustą išrinkus karaliumi, prasidėjo nesantaika tarp Alberto Goštauto ir valdovo motinos Bonos Sforzos: ji siekė sumažinti jo galią, o Goštautas – atimti jos valdas Lietuvoje. Iš popiežiaus Klemenso VII išsirūpino atskirą Lietuvos bernardinų provinciją (1530).

The first known owner of the Liubavas Manor was the Goštautai, the most influential and powerful Lithuanian noble family in early 16th century. Albertas Goštautas ( Olbracht Gasztołd) was married to princess Zofia Wierejska (1485–1549 (51)).
