Sophie Auguste of Anhalt-Zerbst (9 March 1663 – 14 September 1694), was a German noblewoman member of the House of Ascania and by marriage Duchess of Saxe-Weimar . Born in Zerbst, she was the eleventh of fourteen children born from the marriage of John VI, Prince of Anhalt-Zerbst and Sophie Augusta of Holstein-Gottorp.
Sofia Augusta d'Anhalt-Zerbst (en alemany Sophia Augusta von Anhalt-Zerbst) va néixer a Zerbst el 9 de març de 1663 i va morir a Weimar el 14 de setembre de 1694. Era filla del príncep Joan VI d'Anhalt-Zerbst ( 1621 - 1667 ) i de Sofia Augusta de Schleswig-Holstein-Gottorp ( 1630 - 1680 ).
