Oda of Saxony (877 – aft. 952) was a Saxon princess. She was the daughter of Otto I, Duke of Saxony [1] and Hedwiga of Babenberg. She married King Zwentibold of Lotharingia [2] and at his death in August 900 (when Oda must have been 23), she contracted a second marriage with Count Gerhard I of Metz. [3] . 18 de sept. de 2020 · One of the records found through google names Oda as countess of Stade. I believe that is Northern Germany from my EU4 memories. Her parents and grandparents have names suggsting some association with areas of Northern Germany and the Netherlands so I guess that may be why Paradox put her in Frisia.
Oda of Stade (also Oda of Elsdorf) (b. 1040 – d. 1087) was a German noblewoman, who was the daughter of Ida of Elsdorf. Through marriage to Sviatoslav II of Kiev , she became a Grand Princess consort of Kievan Rus' .
