Catalina de Brandenburgo-Küstrin ( alemán: Katharina von Brandenburg-Küstrin) (10 de agosto de 1549 - 30 de septiembre de 1602) fue una margravina de Brandeburgo-Küstrin por nacimiento y Electora de Brandeburgo por matrimonio.
Catherine was a daughter of the Duke Henry V of Brunswick-Lüneburg (1489–1568) from his first marriage to Maria of Württemberg (1496–1541), daughter of Count Henry of Württemberg. She married on 11 November 1537 in Wolfenbüttel Margrave John of Brandenburg-Küstrin (1513–1571).
Catherine was the younger of two daughters of John, Margrave of Brandenburg-Küstrin (1513–1571) from his marriage to Catherine (1518–1574), daughter of Henry II, Duke of Brunswick-Wolfenbüttel. On 8 January 1570, she married Joachim of Brandenburg, later Elector Joachim III Frederick of Brandenburg (1546–1608) in Küstrin.
