Mustafa Fazıl Pasha (Arabic: مصطفى بهجت علي فاضل باشا; 20 February 1830 – 2 December 1875) was an Ottoman-Egyptian prince of ethnic Albanian descent belonging to the Muhammad Ali Dynasty founded by his grandfather Muhammad Ali Pasha.

Mustafa Fazıl Pasha ( 22 de febrero de 1830 - 11 de noviembre de 1875) fue un príncipe otomano egipcio perteneciente a la dinastía de Mehemet Ali , fundada por su abuelo, Mehemet Ali , quien gobernó Egipto desde 1805 hasta 1848. El príncipe Mustafa Fazil nació en El Cairo, hijo de Ibrahim Pasha de Egipto y Ülfet Khanum, de la nobleza turca.
