Darejan (Georgian: დარეჯანი) or Nestan-Darejan (ნესტან-დარეჯანი) (c. 1615 – 1668) was a daughter of King Teimuraz I, a ruler of Kakheti in eastern Georgia, with a notable role in the contemporary politics of Georgia.
A portrait of Darejan Dadiani (second half of the 18th century, i.e., 1750-1800) in Amiranashvili museum of Fine Art (Georgian National Museum) shows Darejan Dadiani wearing just such a cross, probably as a way of emphasising nationality and lineage [information about this portrait and the Dadiani family, provided by Dr Nino Simonischwili].
