Dorothea Charlotte of Brandenburg-Ansbach (28 November 1661 – 15 November 1705) was a German noblewomen, and by her marriage to Ernest Louis, Landgravine consort of Hesse-Darmstadt. The marriage took place on 1 December 1687.
Dorotea Carlota de Brandeburgo-Ansbach (en alemán, Dorothea Charlotte von Brandenburg-Ansbach; Ansbach, 28 de noviembre de 1661- Darmstadt, 15 de noviembre de 1705) fue una noble alemana, y por su matrimonio con el landgrave Ernesto Luis, fue landgravina de Hesse-Darmstadt.
Dorothea Charlotte war eine Tochter des Markgrafen Albrecht von Brandenburg-Ansbach (1620–1667) aus dessen zweiter Ehe mit Sophie Margarete (1634–1664), Tochter des Grafen Joachim Ernst zu Oettingen-Oettingen. Am 1. Dezember 1687 heiratete sie in Darmstadt den Landgrafen Ernst Ludwig von Hessen-Darmstadt.
