Dronninglund is a town with a population of 3,546 (1 January 2023) in Brønderslev Municipality, Region Nordjylland near the North Jutlandic Island's eastern coast in northern Denmark. Dronninglund was the municipal seat of the former Dronninglund Municipality, until 1 January 2007.

Dronninglund Castle (Danish: Dronninglund Slot) is a former royal residence located in the town of Dronninglund in the northern part of the Jutland Peninsula, Denmark . History. The castle's history goes back to the 12th century, when it was the Benedictine monastery of Hundslund Priory.
Dronninglund er en by i det østlige Vendsyssel med 3.546 indbyggere (2023). Byen har navn efter dronning Charlotte Amalie som fik Dronninglund Slot til eje i 1690. Oprindeligt var denne herregård et kloster fra 1200-tallet som byen efterhånden voksede op omkring. Dette kloster hed Hundslund Kloster.
