Isabel de Anhalt-Zerbst (Zerbst, 15 de septiembre de 1563-Crossen, 5 de octubre de 1607) fue princesa de Anhalt-Zerbst por nacimiento y electora de Brandeburgo por matrimonio. Biografía. Isabel era una de las hijas del príncipe Joaquín Ernesto de Anhalt (1536-1585), y de su primera esposa, Inés de Barby-Mühlingen (1540-1569).

Anhalt-Zerbst was a principality of the Holy Roman Empire ruled by the House of Ascania, with its residence at Zerbst in present-day Saxony-Anhalt. It emerged as a subdivision of the Principality of Anhalt from 1252 until 1396, when it was divided into the principalities of Anhalt-Dessau and Anhalt-Köthen.

She married Johann Georg von Brandenburg in 1577. They were the parents of at least 6 sons and 5 daughters. She died on 5 October 1607, in Saale-Holzland-Kreis, Thuringia, Germany, at the age of 44, and was buried in Berlin, Klein Bennebek, Schleswig-Flensburg, Schleswig-Holstein, Germany.
