Houses. Mill Hill School is divided into houses. These are: Boarding houses. Burton Bank – Named to commemorate its original position on Burton Hole Lane; Collinson – Named after Peter Collinson, who once owned what is now the estate
The House System. A special feature of life for all pupils at Mill Hill School is their membership of a House. There are eight Day Houses in the school and four Boarding Houses – each House has an average of 20 pupils in a year group.
Mill Hill is a suburb in the London Borough of Barnet, England. It is situated around 10.5 miles (16.9 km) northwest of Charing Cross, close to the Hertfordshire border. It was in the historic county of Middlesex until 1965, when it became part of Greater London. Its population was 18,451 in 2011.
