Philipp Jacob Rühl, auch Philippe-Jacques Ruhl, war ein deutsch-französischer Politiker, der während der Französischen Revolution als Deputierter des Départements Bas-Rhin dem Nationalkonvent in Paris angehörte.
Philippe Jacques Rühl, né le 3 mai 1737 à Strasbourg, et suicidé le 29 mai 1795 à Paris, est un homme politique français, député du Bas-Rhin à l'Assemblée législative puis à la Convention nationale.
