Wartislaw IV or Vartislav IV (before 1290 – 1 August 1326) was Duke of Pomerania-Wolgast from 1309 until his death. He was the only son of Duke Bogislaw IV of Pomerania and his wife Margareta, a daughter of Vitslav II, Prince of Rügen. Vartislaw IV had four sisters: Jutta, Elisabeth, Margareta and Eufemia.

Wartislaw IV, duke of Pomerania was the son of Barnim IV, duke of Pomerania-Rügen-Wolgast, and of Sophie von Werle-Güstrow [1] . He married Anna of Mecklenburg, daughter of Johann, duke of Mecklenburg-Stargard and Anna von Holstein on 4 April 1363 in Neubrandenburg [1]. They had four children: Barnim VI, duke of Pomerania-Wolgast.
