9 de nov. de 2017 · The Arab States region consists of 19 States Parties that have ratified the Convention Concerning the Protection of the World Cultural and Natural Heritage, with a total of 88 properties currently inscribed on the World Heritage List.
7 de ago. de 2022 · The Arab States are home to a wealth and diversity of natural heritage, with desert landscapes and marine sites being particularly noteworthy. The number of natural sites currently listed is, however, the smallest of any of the UNESCO regions by a considerable margin.
