"All I Want for Christmas Is You" by Mariah Carey was supposed to be on Just Dance 2014, but was left out of the final game. It was also later found in the files of Just Dance 2015 and Just Dance 2016.

At the start of the routine, the coach is in her C1 outfit. Her hair is curled to the left side, usually resting on her left shoulder. She dresses up as a store clerk in Christmas, which consists of a dark blue shirt, a red clerk apron with a dark blue fir tree silhouette and yellow left pocket line and circles on the fir tree, black pants and dark red shoes. She also wears a dark red Christmas hat with dark blue trims and pom-pom.

For the rest of the routine, the coach is in her C2 outfit. Her hair is now shorter, with curled feathers by the sides. She wears a red sleeveless dress with a wide skirt, with silver trimmings as well as a pair of red shorts underneath. Tied around her waist is a black belt with a golden shimmery snowflake as a buckle. There is also a silver detached collar on her neck, with a golden ribbon held in between. Lastly, she wears red thigh-high leggings with silver fur trimming, and black ankle sharp heeled boots with white fur cuffs. Her Christmas hat is now dark red and silver, with the fur slightly fluffier. Her glove is slightly darker, with a more golden tone, and has a white wrist fur cuff.
The routine starts off in a city while the coach is cleaning a window inside a store. The window is decorated with a bunch of Christmas decorations; featuring a large cardboard cutout of a castle and trees against a blue backdrop, a Christmas tree decorated with various gemstones, hanging snowflakes, a decal reading “Merry Christmas” on the top right, two reindeer cutouts with red ribbons, and several presents on either side. Before the first verse, everything fades to darkness while gold glitter rains.
Throughout the routine, there are three differently themed settings repeated consecutively: starting with a red background with Christmas trees formed from red sparkles, changing to a gold background with swinging bells made out of yellow sparkles during the chorus, and finally a blue background with hovering stars shaped from blue sparkles. Scattered light particles float around the screen in each scene, occasionally moving in certain directions alongside the coach's moves, though seen only in the blue setting.
During the bridge, bright lights shine upon the coach from left to right, and then from above as snow falls, before returning to the red background.
The song ends with the coach returning to the store window, remaining in her festive outfit, and the background being zoomed back to the city without the original decorations from the beginning.

•Had All I Want for Christmas Is You been released on the final version of Just Dance 2014, it would have been the second Christmas-themed song, after Crazy Christmas. •In December 2021, the official Southeast Asian TikTok account erroneously claimed that the song was available on Just Dance Unlimited. •Around the same time, the German Just Dance TikTok account claimed that the song was available in Just Dance 2020.
