Phoebe Belle Cates Kline (born July 16, 1963) is an American former actress, who appeared in films such as Fast Times at Ridgemont High (1982), Gremlins (1984), Gremlins 2: The New Batch (1990), Drop Dead Fred (1991) and Princess Caraboo (1994).
Phoebe popularizó dos temas de la cinta con Matthew Modine y Sylvia Kristel. Posteriormente intervino en el telefilme dramático Lace, del que se realizó una continuación al año siguiente. En 1984 obtuvo el papel femenino en Gremlins, dirigida por Joe Dante y producida por Steven Spielberg.
