Santiago Segura Silva (Madrid, 17 de julio de 1965) es un actor y cineasta español, popular por su saga de Torrente. Ha trabajado también, aunque en menor medida, como presentador de televisión, actor de doblaje y guionista de historietas.
Santiago Segura Silva (born 17 July 1965) is a Spanish filmmaker and actor. He also worked to a lesser extent as a television presenter, voice actor and comic book writer, as well as being a collector of original comic books.
Born in Madrid, Santiago Segura started his career by making his first short movie at the age of fourteen. After studying Arts in Madrid, he finally decided to become a filmmaker. His first short film Relatos de la medianoche (1989) was made with a budget of only 7.000 pts. (about 60 dollars).
