He was the husband of Princess Patricia of Connaught, the youngest child of Prince Arthur, Duke of Connaught and Strathearn, third son of Queen Victoria. He served with distinction during the First World War.

Now, says Ramsay, the Europe-wide patent court could begin its preparation as soon as January 2022.
