Katherine Howard, Countess of Suffolk ( née Knyvet/Knyvett ; 1564–1638) [1] was an English court office holder who served as lady-in-waiting to the queen consort of England, Anne of Denmark . Private life. She was born in Charlton Park, Wiltshire, the oldest child of Sir Henry Knyvet (or Knyvett) and his wife, Elizabeth Stumpe. [2] .
Thomas Knyvet was the second son of Sir Henry Knyvet of Charlton, Wiltshire, and Anne Pickering, daughter of Sir Christopher Pickering of Killington, Westmorland. She was the widow of Francis Weston who had been executed in 1536. [2] His niece, Catherine Knyvet, was married to Thomas Howard, 1st Earl of Suffolk. [3]

Sir Thomas Knyvett (also Knevitt or Knivet or Knevet ), of Buckenham, Norfolk (c. 1485 – 10 August 1512) was a young English nobleman who was a close associate of King Henry VIII shortly after that monarch came to the throne.
