  4. Clive Wigram, 1st Baron Wigram. Clive Wigram was born on 5 July 1873, the son of Herbert Wigram, grandson of Rev William Pitt Wigram, and great grandson of Sir Robert Wigram Bt. He was educated at Winchester and went on to the RMA Woolwich. He passed out in 1893 and was commissioned into the RA.
