Edmond Blanc, né le 22 février 1856 à Paris et mort le 12 décembre 1920 à Neuilly-sur-Seine, est un propriétaire-éleveur de chevaux de course et un homme politique français.

Edmond Blanc (22 February 1856 – 12 December 1920) was a horse breeder as well a French politician. He served as a member of the Chamber of Deputies from 1893 to 1894, and from 1898 to 1902, representing Hautes-Pyrénées.
Edmond Blanc is a former railroader and turner-mill operator of the SNCF workshops in Arles, which has now become the Parc des Ateliers. He also worked for the train museum in Mulhouse where he restored the luggage carts of the Paris-Lyon-Méditerrannée.

Edmond Blanc died in 1920, and his widow raced Ksar, beginning at age two when he won the Prix de la Salamandre at Longchamp Racecourse . At age three, Ksar was the dominant horse in France, winning five major races, including the coveted Prix du Jockey Club and the first of his two consecutive Prix de l'Arc de Triomphes.
