Elizabeth Georgiana Campbell, duquesa de Argyll CI VA ( née Leveson-Gower; 30 de mayo de 1824 – 25 de mayo de 1878) fue una noble y abolicionista británica. Nacida en el seno de la rica familia Sutherland-Leveson-Gower, era la hija mayor del segundo duque de Sutherland con su esposa, la anfitriona política Lady Harriet Howard.
