El duque Ernesto Luis I de Sajonia-Meiningen (7 de octubre de 1672 - 24 de noviembre de 1724) fue un noble alemán (sajón), duque de Sajonia-Meiningen . Biografía. Nació en Gotha, siendo el hijo mayor del Duque Bernardo I de Sajonia-Meiningen, y su esposa María Eduviges de Hesse-Darmstadt .
El duque Ernesto Luis II de Sajonia-Meiningen ( Coburgo, 8 de agosto de 1709 - Meiningen, 24 de febrero de 1729) fue un duque de Sajonia-Meiningen . Era el tercer hijo, aunque el segundo hijo superviviente, del duque Ernesto Luis I de Sajonia-Meiningen y de su esposa, Dorotea María de Sajonia-Gotha .
