Margaret Pole, 8. Countess of Salisbury, eigentlich Margaret Plantagenet (* 14. August 1473 auf Farleigh Castle; † 27. Mai 1541 in London ), war eine englische Adlige und Angehörige der Königsdynastie der Plantagenets sowie Märtyrerin. Mit ihrem Tod starb das Haus Plantagenet aus.
In 1512 Margaret was granted the title of Countess of Salisbury in her own right, restoring her to a title that was previously held in her family. The restoration brought a good income from the Salisbury estates and lands, eventually making Margaret one of the wealthiest peers in England.

Born in 1473, Margaret Pole was the daughter of George, duke of Clarence, niece of both Edward IV and Richard III, and the only woman, apart from Anne Boleyn, to hold a peerage title in her own right during the sixteenth century. She was restored by Henry VIII to her executed brother's earldom of Salisbury in 1512.
